Welcome from the Booshway!

In 1999 I attended rendezvous with my home unit and had a great time. I ran into several people that I hadn’t seen in several years and was able to get reacquainted with them. In 2000 I again attended with my home unit but had arrived early and was sitting in the program area when the booshway was handing out the staff patches. He gave me one, even though I wasn’t actually on staff that year. Saturday morning they needed some help and as I didn’t have any responsibilities I volunteered, helping out at the archery range most of the day. Sunday morning the booshway for 2001 made announcement that they were looking for new ideas. I told him that I did loom beadwork and he told to bring it the next year. Ever since 2001 I have been setting up a white canvas tent and taking part in our great event.
